(General Presentations & Designated Presentations)
The Organizing Committee warmly invites surgeons, researchers, and healthcare professionals to submit abstracts for presentation at the 11th Annual Congress of the Asia-Pacific Wrist Association (APWA 2026) held jointly with the 18th Japanese Wrist Surgery Workshop (JWSW) in Kyoto, Japan.
The theme of this congress is “Learning from the Past to Shape the Future” inspired by the Japanese concept
「鑑往知来」
By reflecting on the history and evolution of wrist surgery, we aim to explore new perspectives and innovative approaches that will guide the next generation of wrist specialists.
We welcome the submission of original research, clinical studies, innovative surgical techniques, and case reports related to wrist and hand surgery. Contributions from surgeons, scientists, and trainees across the Asia-Pacific region and around the world are highly encouraged.
Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations, providing an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and advance the field of wrist surgery together.
We look forward to your valuable contributions and to welcoming you to Kyoto, a city rich in history and culture, for an inspiring scientific meeting.
